Once your account is linked, your purchased packages will be swiftly available as soon as you join our server. Typically, it may take up to 5 minutes for your in-game items to be accessible after completing the purchase. We recommend periodically checking your inventory during this time. Should you not find your acquired items within 10-15 minutes, kindly create a support ticket in our Discord.
For products that are not self-activated, please be aware that there might be a processing period before they are fully integrated into the server. We don't have a specific ETA as this timing varies based on demand and ongoing tasks. Rest assured, we make every effort to expedite this process to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction.
