All weapon upgrades will be locked to your character. All upgrades will come in the form of attachments for you weapon meaning purchasing an upgrade will deposit Ethereal, Celestial, or Mythical attachments to your inventory which you can apply to your immortal weapon to give the weapon the upgrade.
